  • No deduction of any kind will be made from the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of registration.
B. Visit Visa Applications
  • No refund shall be made for visit visa applications once processing has begun.
  • This is because the application fees paid to embassies and consulates are non-refundable under their respective rules and cannot be recovered by Trip IT Hyderabad.
C. Processing Timeline
  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@tripithyderabad.com with valid proof of payment and applicant details.
  • Refunds are issued within 21 working days of approval.
